Media Carrot photographed 4218 Berenice for the second time last week. We originally photographed this property for Jerry Sun and his team at ReMax www.JerrySun.com in October 2013. So, we were pretty excited to see what had been done to the great craftsman home. It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2450 sq. ft. The changes were really great! A brand new kitchen and beautiful new bathrooms. The wood built-ins were kept original...which we really love. They even took a lot of car to match the new woodwork to the older original wood.
