Kaweah Dr. is actually a property Media Carrot photographed last August. The new buyer loved the work we did for the previous realtor and requested that his realtor Natalia Moskaleva at www.Calhomes88.com use me when they relisted the property after all the renovations. Last week, we finally got to see the finished product. There were only four major changes to the floorplan. They took a wall out on the main floor, took out the island in the kitchen, added a huge master walk-in closet, and expanded and updated the master bathroom. What a difference those changes made! KB Homes Haciendas at Anaverde, Palmdale
This is the second KB Home model Media Carrot photographed last week. It's a different floorplan with a bit of a different design. They really try to give you a different feel for every model. One they'll use wood floors and darker kitchen cabinets. In another they'll use tile flooring and a modern, clean feel. It's really fun to see what each model will look like! A few times a year Media Carrot Photography gets an assignment to photograph panoramas for KB Homes from our virtual tour company. We always love to shoot them. Each unit is always fully staged and each unit always has a different feel. It's fun to look at how the homes are designed and staged...they always have such fun ideas! Last week we photographed at 655 S. Hope St., Los Angeles, CA again. This time it was for our client Kerry Marsico at Coldwell Banker. This was a 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Huge windows and an open floorplan make this condo bright and airy.

Foothill Terrace Event
Last week Media Carrot Photography photographed an event for our client ICON Builders. Along with new construction, they also renovate and update lower income properties. It's amazing how fast they get their work done. They have to really, families are still living in the apartments being renovated. As part of the project, they move the family out, renovate the apartment and move then back in...in one week! It take a lot of coordination and work. I've seen a number of these projects now working for ICON Builders and it's impressive every time!
Last week's project was for Foothill Terrace in Sylmar, CA. They put on a big "Thank You" event for the residents and for all the people involved in this big project. It was a lovely event and fun to step away from our normal real estate and architectural work. Take a look at the photos below...

Media Carrot Photography loves photo shoots. We just love our job! However, there are some shoots that just click with us...pun sort of intended. We photographed a condo for our client Kerry Marsico at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. We photographed at Bunker Hill Towers in downtown LA. It's built in 1968 with a large amount of private land around it to make it feel very private, while still being in downtown LA. What we really can appreciate though is how well everything is layed out. Every time we'd move on to photograph another amenity...there was an amazing view of the tower! It was really fun. Last week Media Carrot Photography photographed a fabulous 1919 Craftsman in West Hollywood for our client Lisa Brende and Chris Corkum. Hazel.Wood designed out this beautiful home from the brushed European Oak floors to the beautiful light fixtures. The bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous, but the dining room is absolutely beautiful. It's curved back wall with beveled mirrored built-in...I'm in love! Take a look at this 1845 sqft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a spare room attached to the garage. Honestly I'm ready to move right in! 1855 Industrial St., Los Angeles - Toy Factory Lofts
We almost forgot to post this great loft in the historic Toy Factory Lofts! Media Carrot Photography photographed these are high end lofts in downtown Los Angeles a few weeks back. What a cool space! This was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit is 1438 sq ft and is one of the few with a great little balcony. There are amazing downtown views and the area has a ton of amazing restaurants. Surrounded by other factories, this one block of Industrial is really a micro-community. The building has a rooftop pool, a gym, private parking, beautiful local restaurants and a great space...what more could you want? Take a look at this great space below...

Last week we photographed a great rental property on Marmont for Rochelle Maize at Nourmand and Associates. We photographed the property during the day and a twilight shoot. We love getting to play around a bit with twilight shots, so we were happy to be looking over los angeles one night. It's a great 3 bedroom 4 bath home with a beautiful pool, media room, a guest home and a spectacular view! Take a look!
California Villages Valley Village
Media Carrot Photography first photographed for California Villages back in 2009. We photographed their three properties in Valley Village, Pico Rivera, and West Covina. I think it was the hottest week of the summer! However, it was great working with the owner and managers! They were all so hard working, trying to get apartments staged and looking their best!
So, when they called us again this year to photograph update photos, we were more than happy to. First up was their Valley Village apartments. They have been updating apartments, updating the laundry rooms and painting the building. Take a look at the photos!
Modern Home Photo Shoot on Angelus
We love this traditional on the outside, modern on the inside home. It's large and airy but still warm and cozy. It's a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a living room and family room.
