Media Carrot photographed another Grand Ave. condo about a month back for Kerry Marsico at www.thedowntownmls.com. This time is was 1111 Grand #1018. This was a much different floorplan than the one we normally photograph. This was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom at 2070 sq ft. This condo is a beautiful, light and bright corner unit.
