One of the things that really helps a house sell...besides great photography of course...is staging. Great staging takes out the echo of the empty house and creates the warmth of a home. It will help buyers imagine what the house would look like, if they lived there. It gives personality and scale to an empty room. Staging is the difference between wearing your sweat pants to and interview and wearing a nice suit. I'm always so appreciative of a realtor that has staging.
