Let’s take another look at the Spanish home on Oakhurst in Beverly Hills. We got to take some really great photos of this house at Sunset. That cozy table looks perfect for an evening meal.

135 Arlington is a beautiful craftsman that MediaCarrot photographed for real estate agent Jerry Sun. It was a fun shoot. The home owners were fun to talk to and were nice to show off little details to me. This 2,405 sq.ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lot it's on is over 10,000 sq ft with a great outdoor area including a very cozy outdoor room with fireplace and kitchen. Twilight Real Estate Photography
One of the things that I think really takes a real estate listing from great to amazing, is evening or twilight photo shoots. I love them! Not only does it really show the house in a dreamy light with amazing blue skies, it's absolutely fun for the photographer. You really have to wait to the light to get to the right spot. You have to wait for that quality that you want. These shoots generally make me slow down and wait. I find I shoot far more photos than I normally shoot on an exterior. As the sun goes down, the moon comes up, and as the lights come on...there are so many different levels and qualities of light, you don't want to miss a thing. Every few minutes I take a shot because the light is so beautiful...then it seems to get more and more beautiful. When you add in a beautiful home...it's my favorite type of shoot! Here are a few examples of twilight or evening shoots.
