135 Arlington is a beautiful craftsman that MediaCarrot photographed for real estate agent Jerry Sun. It was a fun shoot. The home owners were fun to talk to and were nice to show off little details to me. This 2,405 sq.ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lot it's on is over 10,000 sq ft with a great outdoor area including a very cozy outdoor room with fireplace and kitchen. PS...Some times a photographer will end up in strange positions to get a s hot. For example, squeezed behind the bath tub or standing in the shower to get a better view of the room. Or other times we will need to sit on the toilet to make sure we are low enough to not be seen in the mirror above the sink. This is only awkward when the home owner walks in and does a double take.
