It’s time for another Photo Edit Friday! This house isn’t for sale and the owners wanted the pictures for something else but they hadn’t been able to refinish their deck yet. Fortunately we were able to give it a little digital facelift. It’s fun to do the big changes like this sometimes. Usually we just photoshop ourselves out of bathroom mirrors.

It needs some updating, however, Jerry still gave it the full treatment to make sure it found a new owner.

This is an apartment building we photographed for our client Cordary, Inc. We have photographed their properties a number of times and we are always happy to get a call to update photos. As they update and upgrade their apartments as they become available, MediaCarrot comes in to photograph the apartment and any common areas that have changed. It's nice to see the changes they have made over the years and document them.
