This is a great home that MediaCarrot Photography photographed for the property owner. They had professional photos taken previously, but were told that the photos could be better. One of their friends who is a realtor, Ryan King from Nourmand and Associates, suggested they use MediaCarrot. We were happy to give it a go! Of course we want to improve the photos as much as possible. One of the things we wanted to make sure that we were careful with was the views. This house is up in the hills of Los Feliz, we needed to show that view. The next thing we wanted to make sure is that we took nice wide angles to really show the space. Beautiful, beautiful neighborhood with hiking just at the end of the street, wildflowers, and an hour from Big Bear.
Media Carrot Photography first photographed for California Villages back in 2009. We photographed their three properties in Valley Village, Pico Rivera, and West Covina. I think it was the hottest week of the summer! However, it was great working with the owner and managers! They were all so hard working, trying to get apartments staged and looking their best!
So, when they called us again this year to photograph update photos, we were more than happy to. First up was their Valley Village apartments. They have been updating apartments, updating the laundry rooms and painting the building. Take a look at the photos!
