Today we feature a beautiful beach home MediaCarrot Photographed for our client Rochelle Atlas Maize with Nourmand & Associates, www.rochellemaize.com. It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,299 sq. ft. built in 1979. It's bright and open with large windows and gorgeous views.
This is an apartment building we photographed for our client Cordary, Inc. We have photographed their properties a number of times and we are always happy to get a call to update photos. As they update and upgrade their apartments as they become available, MediaCarrot comes in to photograph the apartment and any common areas that have changed. It's nice to see the changes they have made over the years and document them.

Media Carrot Photography first photographed for California Villages back in 2009. We photographed their three properties in Valley Village, Pico Rivera, and West Covina. I think it was the hottest week of the summer! However, it was great working with the owner and managers! They were all so hard working, trying to get apartments staged and looking their best!
So, when they called us again this year to photograph update photos, we were more than happy to. First up was their Valley Village apartments. They have been updating apartments, updating the laundry rooms and painting the building. Take a look at the photos!
