They had another bathroom remodeled previously. It's nice to be able to come back to homes and see their transformation. When you see the photos below, you have to admit that there is a lot of bathroom packed into one little area. And that bathtub...dreamy!

Another Mid Century Home for Media Carrot to Photograph. This time a mid century ranch house in Monterey Park. We photographed this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom for our client Jerry Sun at Re Max Elite Realty www.JerrySun.com. The kitchen was remodeled in the 90s but was kept with a similar wood and clean style as the original wood and built-ins. There is an original panelled wall in the living room and a fantastic fireplace. Take a look at all the photos and 360° panoramas on the website.
Kaweah Dr. is actually a property Media Carrot photographed last August. The new buyer loved the work we did for the previous realtor and requested that his realtor Natalia Moskaleva at www.Calhomes88.com use me when they relisted the property after all the renovations. Last week, we finally got to see the finished product. There were only four major changes to the floorplan. They took a wall out on the main floor, took out the island in the kitchen, added a huge master walk-in closet, and expanded and updated the master bathroom. What a difference those changes made! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house looks great. Check out the full tour on the website.
